Growth
Preparing to face the failure is a beautiful journey from being vulnerable to being the masters of own thoughts. This happens with a purpose to be wise by connecting more with ourselves and pondering where it went wrong and guiding it to what can be done. It's thus a choice not to be wounded forever and to grow. Taking a deep breath, here we need to accept the present. While holding the breath, there's a quick glance to the past. It mostly boils down to the gap in planning and assessing ourselves. Constantly comparing to others, we manipulate ourselves with rigid targets, which fails to adapt as the situation demands. This adaptability and resilience are on high demand in this rapidly evolving world and falling behind is not an option.
We tend to equate our happiness, and worth to success, and it sets the heart and brain to treat failure as a surrender of one's value. But let's remind ourselves, its not the whole truth. We being compassionate with ourselves and others, bringing joy and wisdom to the room, and honesty are the long term investments than summarizing your certificates and qualifications. This sounds fair, but the biggest challenge is to keep up this reflection when the environment reinforces the former. It ultimately gives us a chance to build a cocoon where you validate yourself for trying, for being strong, for acknowledging the mistakes and for keeping the purpose alive. Let the confidence captures consistency and calmness, and not affirmations and approval. Thus, let success and the failure preceding it as just minuscule determinants of who you are and keep exploring.
