                       India  strid ing from the ancient 'Gu rukula'system to the modern 'Online 'system has been witnessing the progressive role of science , technology and innovation in its  socio-economic ,inclusive as well as sustainable development . The trio termed as 'STI' is expected to improve the living conditions of our society which improves the speed and accuracy of our  daily activities .  Beginning from the discussions about the position and motion of earth , we have now emerged as a global competitor in space exploration . The applications of such advancements in accelerating the development is enough to ascertain the   significance of promoting science . As a subject which constantly get revised, it branches to various fields like aerodynamics , biochemistry ,cryogenics ,dermatology ,eugenics ,mineralogy ,virology and so on .          ...

                      ''Banks are to be considered not merely as dealers in money ,but more realistically leaders in development '' in the modern economy .Because now banking sector is not cramped within its  traditional role of borrowing and lending but it plays multiple roles from social banking to mass banking for social welfare.                        For delving deeper to the subject under concern , the evolution of modern banking sector also have to be  mentioned .                                       The impression that Science developed only in Europe is a deeply embedded misinterpretation in the minds of educated people . But the contributions of Indian society in the various fields of sciences including Maths,Astronomy ,Medicine ,Architecture etc is highly laudable . Bhaskara (7th century mathematician ) , Aryabhata (mathematician -astronomer), Sushruta ( father of Indian medicine and plastic surgery)  and Charaka (principal contributor to Ayurveda) are some of the eminent names which proves that India has been a scientific country .                          The  fundamental driving force of an economy is it's strategic intervention in the 'Resource allocation' which is scarce and having alternative uses to meet the unlimited wants of a large population .2021-22 Budget of India is not only a financial plan to allocate the resources efficiently but also a well formulated policy to resurrect the disrupted Indian economy .The impact of the pandemic is obvious from the -23.9% & -7.5% GDP growth rate(2020)  in the first and second quarters. 'കേരള മോഡല്‍ 'വികസന മാതൃക ലോകശ്രദ്ധയും സാക്ഷരത 96.2% ആയും  നിലനിര്‍ത്തുന്ന കേരളത്തിനും, യുവജനതയെ കാര്യക്ഷമമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .                      ഇന്നത്തെ യുവാക്കളെ ഉത്പാദകമായ ഒരു വിഭവം അല്ലാതെ ആക്കുന്നതില്‍ ഒരു പ്രധാന കാരണം തൊഴിലിലായ്മ തന്നെയാണ്  . വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും വൈവിധ്യങ്ങളായ തൊഴില്‍ സാധ്യതകളെ കണ്ടെത്താന്‍ സാധിക്കാത്തത് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് എന്ന് നാം ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ടിയിരിക്ക...
